Monday Studio Practice Class (room 202)
Studio Practice classes are tailored towards your interests, your level, and your abilities. There is a wide range of techniques and mediums that are available to explore. These classes are truly for all levels of students—there are many “regulars” who began with little or no experience and have been working with Bonnie for more than a decade. We are accepting and encouraging of anyone who has felt intimidated by a certain medium or felt alienated by past instructors and institutions. The studio practice classes are perfect for students who have been curious about certain materials and have a healthy amount of curiosity and humility to BEGIN. These classes are also great for those students/artists who already have a lot of knowledge and skills, but are looking to build some sustainable habits, work alongside others, and take their commitment to their work to the next level. I can offer you a specific path forward based on your experience, skill level, and learning style.
Long-term students will continue to work on personal projects. New students will be added as space allows. The nature of the instruction and scope of the project will be determined through conversation with Bonnie. All is possible.
