Join us for a one-day Printmaking workshop! We will learn how to create and print a relief plate in two ways, linocut, and styrofoam carving. We will also explore mono-printing with styrofoam. Everyone will have the chance to design multi-colored prints as well. Students will learn about editions, and get to trade prints with their classmates if they want to. We will begin the class with image generation and ideation, coming up with exciting designs to print. Students will also have the opportunity to try out printing their linocut designs on fabric.
