Jean Marie Claborn

Jean Marie was one of the very first members of the original Studio Practice class way back in 2005! She has worked in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and printmaking. She often depicts animals and landscapes with confident brush strokes and a build up of loose layers and effects. She is bold with her compositions and shapes in the beginning and finishes her work by skillfully adding details like feathers, fur, or foliage to bring out her subject matter.
