Suzanne Bevier

Suzanne has been working in oil paint on canvas this year. She began her latest works by choosing to focus on the color blue. Remaining in the blue realm allowed her to expand her knowledge of different blue pigments and experiment with subtle value shifts, adding in the occasional pop of another color. She gleans inspiration from her own photographs and memories, eschewing exact representation to create a more dream like atmosphere in her work.
