Wendy LeBow

Wendy came to the Studio Practice class wanting to explore drawing. She has enthusiastically engaged with many longer and shorter drawing exercises in pencil, charcoal, and wax oil crayon. Drawing from life has always been about learning to SEE—training your eye to integrate small details into larger shapes and compositions. Wendy can also be found drawing and studying work up close at the Portland Art Museum. She has completed several “master copies” inspired by paintings from the museum’s collection.
