Kristin O’Neill
Kristin’s labor intensive process begins with making her own papers using washes of watercolor paint and then cutting them into strips that she uses to make sculptural collages. Her finished works seem to hang like woven tapestries and have a three-dimensional presence. Bold colors and strong value contrasts also add to the textile-esque effects of her landscapes and cityscapes she creates with this process. Included here is also one of her multi color linoleum block prints.
